Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes! But it will be limited - it is suggested to carpool as much as possible.

Is there a dress code?

The wedding colors are burgundy and navy blue with some gold and white infused. Dress is not formal but not casual. The venue is mostly grass - so plan on appropriate footwear.

Typical Northern Nevada Weather in October

It is an outside venue and temperatures can fluctuate in Northern Nevada in October (typically within the mid to low 70's as a high). Suggestion is to layer as much as possible. It is highly recommended that you check the weather for Genoa, Nevada 89411 the week before the wedding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Ceremony will be out in the open and the reception will be tented.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Um, have you met the bride and groom? Of course there will be music and dancing! There will also be limited yard games (think corn hole, giant jenga, etc).

What happens after the ceremony?

The bridal party will be taking pictures nearby with family for the better part of an hour. Guests can enjoy a beverage as well as partake in the yard games that will be provided. 

Will there be food and drink?

Dinner will be served around 3pm - it is suggested to eat a light snack prior to heading to the event. We will also have non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks provided at the event.

RSVP Deadline

It's greatly appreciated to let us know as soon as possible if you will be in attendance or not. Please RSVP no later than September 18!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels - the only request we have is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #sanchezcantdodgelove so we can keep track of all of our pictures!

SPECIAL NOTE

Considering this venue is a state park, we have to vacate the park by 7pm...please plan accordingly for rides, etc.
