When is the RSVP deadline?

It's greatly appreciated to let us know as soon as possible if you will be in attendance or not. Please RSVP not later than March 4, 2022.

 

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes! There will be plenty of parking spaces available at the ceremony and reception venue.

 

Is there a dress code?

We're requesting all our guests to wear Black coat and tie for the gentlemen, and Floor-length evening dresses in neutral swatches for the ladies. Feel free to get creative with your formal attire. We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to dress up and enjoy an evening party. And don't forget to wear formal footwear as well.

 

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both ceremony and reception will be held indoors. We considered to choose a large capacity wedding venue that is particularly ideal for a bigger number of guests, with larger seated capacity and standing capacity.

 

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We wish to have an Unplugged Ceremony  for you to be fully present with us during our ceremony so please refrain from taking photos until we are announced as Mr. and Mrs! But during the reception, you are then allowed to post pictures on your personal social media channels - the only request we have is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #WeBeONGTogether so we can keep track of all of our pictures!

 

What happens after the ceremony?

The newlyweds together with the entourage will be taking Post-nuptial pictures while  guests are suggested to go straight to the reception venue to enjoy refreshments and small bites while waiting for the program to start.

 

What are the essential COVID-19 Safety Protocols?

All wedding guests and staffs are required to wear face mask at all times except when eating. Seating arrangements are properly distanced, hand sanitizer and alcohol will be set up to various points throughout the venue, and we will require everyone to present their updated vaccination record.
