Our Story

After almost 6 years together, we're finally tying the knot!

 

It all started in winter of 2016. After casually surfing on our phones looking for companionship, we both decided to swipe right (on each other). After a month of endless phone conversations we decided it was time to kick it up a notch. We were finally ready to meet face to face.

 

Denzel drove to New Orleans from his hometown in Mississippi and we went to get dinner at Morton's Steakhouse and caught a Mardi Gras parade afterwards. We spent time conversing and confirmed what we already knew; we wanted to be together! We realized how much we had in common and in that moment we shared our first kiss of many.

 

Five Years, one beautiful daughter shared, two beautiful daughters total, and a crazy magical life, we're now settled in my hometown New Orleans, Louisiana.  After our engagement this past Christmas, things have been a complete whirlwind with all of the wedding planning and also school, work, and an entergetic toddler.
